Pete Lozano Garage & Body Shop maintains separate areas for body repairs and painting to prevent dust from entering the refinishing area and reduce paint overspray in the repair area. Equipped with down draft filtering systems, our paint booths have exhaust fans to create a downward draft reducing overspray problems and pulling any loose, floating dust to the floor. This is critical to producing a premium finish as it reduces particles which can settle on the surface of your vehicle affecting the paint job.

Frame Unibody Repair
If your vehicle is a newer model, there is a high probability that you are driving a unibody. After the rise in gas prices in the 1970's, vehicle manufacturers adopted lightweight unibody construction to produce lighter and more fuel efficient cars.
Unibody vehicles are made of high-strength steel, welded into a single unit frame. With a unibody, small intolerances can affect structural alignment causing suspension and handling problems, as well as affecting tire wear and damage to structural parts and safety systems. Repairing collision damage on a unibody frame requires precision auto frame and unibody dimensional specifications, I-CAR* training, and most importantly, experience. Experience is the key to detecting damage that is not visibly apparent, but can impact durability, operational performance, and handling.

Pete Lozano Garage & Body Shop uses a proprietary mixing system equipped with a computer database for color formula and information retrieval to match current factory specifications. We use quality paints and primers that provide lasting durable finishes, guaranteed to last the lifetime of your vehicle.
